During the spring of 2012 I needed to short sell my property in Ashburn. I reached out to the realtor team that Lisa was associated with and we were able to connect very quickly. Lisa acted on my behalf to work with Bank of America to quickly get a recommended price to list, get pictures, and get the unit on the market. Even in adverse market conditions, she was able to position the property in a way that resulted in 10 competing bids in 3 calendar days. Lisa facilitated getting good information about each of the offers so I could make an informed decision and then pushed Bank of America to get all of us to closing as fast as possible. Through out the whole process, Lisa was able to provide me reliable information promptly for me to make good decisions to move to close.
